Hoping the weather and the wildlife would cooperate, we went on an afternoon whale watch in Kenai Fjords National Park.

We did see bald eagles, and on our way back to Serenity - excitement! We spotted a juvenile gray whale that surfaced several times and was too unpredictable to photograph.

Wild life sightings and weather not guaranteed - know what? It was awesome anyway!
